Poliigon – Wood Generators Plug-ins Collection
Poliigon’s Substance wood material generators. They come in *.sbsar format.

If you are using an application that has a Substance plugin, then you can use it directly inside of it. If you are using one that does not have such a plugin, like Blender, then you can use the free Substance Player standalone application to generate the materials and import the maps as you would any other material.
